- All returns, refunds, and cancellations will be handled in accordance with this policy.

- This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Samrruddhi Apparel Shop’s official website and not through any third-party platforms.
2. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The product must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Footwear, undergarments, and accessories (if any) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Care team at info@samrruddhi.in or call us at 99803 02641 within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will schedule a reverse pickup via our logistics partners (Delhivery or Blue Dart), subject to service availability at your pin code.
- In case reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse address, and we will reimburse the standard courier charges.
3. Refund Policy
We aim to process refunds as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Refund Timelines:
- Once the returned product passes our quality check, your refund will be initiated within 3–4 business days.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, etc.).
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account, and you may be asked to provide account details.
Refund Conditions:
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- If the product fails the quality check (damaged, used, or without original packaging), the refund request may be denied.
- Partial refunds may apply if part of an order is returned.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products.
- Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
5. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

- If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you can request a return after receiving the product.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- The product must be unused and returned with original packaging.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will bear the reverse shipping cost.
- For returns due to customer preference (e.g., size, color), the customer may be required to bear a nominal return shipping charge (if applicable).
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, swimwear

- Clearance or final sale items
