- We currently ship across India (PAN-India coverage).
- Deliveries are carried out through our trusted logistics partners Delhivery and BlueDart, who have extensive reach and ensure professional handling of your orders.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing
- Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it.
- Processing usually takes 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, high-demand sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will notify you via email.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (e.g., Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 working days.
- Non-Metro Cities & Tier-2/Tier-3 Towns: 7–10 working days.
- Remote or Rural Areas: Delivery may take up to 12 working days, depending on logistical constraints.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, strikes, weather disruptions, or natural calamities.
4. Shipping Charges
- We strive to keep our pricing transparent and affordable.
- Standard Shipping: Free for all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999: A nominal shipping charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply, depending on delivery location.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details.
- You can track your order directly on our website under “My Orders” or on the courier partner’s tracking portal.
- If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, kindly reach out to our support team within 48 hours.
6. Packaging & Safety
- All products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

7. Delays in Delivery
While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occur due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- Unavailability of customer at the delivery address.

8. Failed Deliveries / RTO (Return to Origin)
- If the courier is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to us.

- We will contact you to confirm the correct address.
- Re-shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.
- Refunds for returned shipments (due to customer error) will be processed after deducting shipping costs.
9. Change of Shipping Address
- Requests to update the shipping address will be accepted only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD) (if you plan to enable later)
- COD may be available in select pin codes only.
- COD orders are subject to a small handling fee.
